How to set up an AI agent

An admin connects the company's AI provider and key and turns AI on. Then open AI agents, choose New agent, start from a template, name it, test it, and decide which actions need approval.

Steps

  1. Connect your AI provider

    An admin adds the company's own AI provider and key in the AI settings and turns AI on. ZimraStudio does not include a model.

  2. Create the agent

    Open AI agents and choose New agent. Start from one of the 13 templates, or from a blank agent, and give it a name.

  3. Give it knowledge and tools

    Choose what it knows and which tools it may use.

  4. Decide what needs approval

    Set which actions the agent may only propose, so a person approves them first.

  5. Test it

    Use Test to ask it real questions and see how it reached its answer.

  6. Make it available

    When you are happy, make it the default agent or leave it available to pick.

Good to know

  • The receptionist agent works as text today. Live phone answering is coming soon.
