What is field delivery?
Field delivery is ZimraStudio's module for NGOs and INGOs. Field staff submit reports with GPS and photos, even offline, a supervisor reviews each one, indicators track progress against the plan, and donor and grant reports are prepared from the data. It records operations, not accounts.

Plan and report
From activity plan to field report
Set up donors, grants, projects, sites and an activity plan with assignments. People in the field write a report for what they did, with GPS and photos. The Android app keeps working without signal and sends the report when it reconnects.

Supervisor review, MEAL indicators and donor reports
A supervisor reviews each field report and approves it or sends it back. Progress is measured against the plan with MEAL indicators, and reports can be prepared per donor or grant.

Does it work offline?
Yes. In the Android app, field reports are saved on the phone and sent when the signal returns.
Who approves a field report?
A supervisor, who can approve it or send it back with comments.
Is this an accounting system?
No. The amount on a grant is a planning figure. ZimraStudio records operations and is not a ledger.
Can I report to more than one donor?
Yes. Projects can be funded by several grants and reports can be filtered by donor and grant.
Is it only for NGOs?
The screens are shown for NGO and INGO setups. Other organisations use the rest of the product.
What are MEAL indicators?
Measures of monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning, such as people reached against a target.
