Who is ZimraStudio for?

Organisations that run on tasks, customers and conversations: NGOs, agencies and corporate teams, schools, construction and manufacturing firms, retailers, hotels, logistics companies and media houses. You pick one at sign-up and the workspace is set up to match.

Do I have to use the suggested setup?

No. You see a preview of everything the starter setup would add, and nothing is applied until you confirm. It only adds; it never changes or deletes what you already have.

Is the chat and calling built in?

Yes. Team chat, voice and video calls, and a customer chat widget are part of the product, not separate apps.

Can we try it first?

Yes. A new company starts on a 14-day trial of the Growth plan. You can also book a short walkthrough.

Does ZimraStudio include AI?

The AI features (a Command Center chat, agents built from 13 templates, approvals and knowledge answers with citations) are part of the product, and they run on an AI provider you connect with your own key. No model or free AI is bundled, and AI stays off until an admin turns it on.

Can I build my website in ZimraStudio?

Yes. The website builder has 59 ready-made sections and templates in 14 categories, and form enquiries reach your CRM. Sites are published at a free platform address today. Your own domain is coming soon.

Which apps are available?

An Android app and a Windows desktop app, both version 1.3.0. A Play Store listing, iPhone, Mac and Linux apps are coming soon. The web app works in any browser.

Where is our data kept?

Every company is separated from every other company. Files can stay on the platform or go to your own S3-compatible bucket. The security page explains what is protected and how.
